1. Agreement

By using yourhockeytime.com (the “Site”) you agree to these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the Site.

2. Nature of the service

The Site provides social casino entertainment for free. It does not offer gambling, betting or wagering of any kind. No real money may be staked, won, deposited or withdrawn, and no prize of monetary value is offered. Virtual coins have no cash value, cannot be purchased, cannot be exchanged for anything, and confer no rights or ownership whatsoever. Success at Strike Twelve does not imply future success at any activity involving real money.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Site. By using it you confirm that you meet that requirement. You are responsible for ensuring that accessing social casino content is lawful where you are; where it is not, you must not use the Site.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to interfere with the Site's operation, attempt to gain unauthorised access to any system connected with it, use automated tools to scrape or hammer it, or reproduce substantial parts of it for commercial purposes. Modifying the Site's client-side code in your own browser is permitted for personal curiosity, but any balance so produced remains what every balance here is: meaningless.

5. Intellectual property

The name Your Hockey Time, the Strike Twelve game, the Site's design system, text, code and graphics belong to us or are used with permission. You may link to the Site freely and quote short passages with attribution. Everything else requires our written consent.

6. Availability

The Site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it at any time without notice, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the Site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

8. Third-party links

Where the Site links elsewhere, those destinations are outside our control and we accept no responsibility for their content or practices.

Our handling of information is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

10. Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms from time to time. The revision date at the top of this page shows when they last changed, and continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of it.
